Looking for a sweet treat that satisfies your cravings and supports your health goals? Say hello to date balls – the perfect no-bake snack that’s naturally sweet, nutrient-packed, and super easy to whip up.

INGREDIENTS

  • Date paste - 2 cup
  • Chopped Almomd - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Walnut - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Hazelnut - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 2 tsp
  • Melted Dark chocolate - 1/4 cup [optional]
  • Coconut powder - 1/4 cup [optional]

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a pan , add ghee and lightly roast your chopped nuts.
  • Remove from flame , Put it in a bowl to cool down.
  • In the same pan add ghee and soften your date paste.
  • Add the date paste to the nut mixture and mix them well.
  • Once cooled down you can make balls or any shape of your choice.
  • I coated some my date balls in dark chocolate and coconut powder.
  • Ready to devour !

SUBSTITUTES

  • You can substitute nuts with any nut of your choice.
  • You can also add seeds to your date balls.
