INGREDIENTS

  • Green moong - 1 cup
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1tbsp
  • Green Chilly - 2
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 1/4 cup

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Soak your moong overnight.
  • In a blender add all the ingredients and blend until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
  • In a hot pan pour one ladle of the batter and make a cheela.
  • Cover the pan and let it cook in its steam.
  • Flip it over after three minutes.
  • Serve hot with yogurt or sabzi of your choice.
