INGREDIENTS

MARINATION

  • chicken thighs - 500 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - 2 tsp
  • Paprika powder - 3 tbsp
  • Garlic powder - 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 1/2 tbsp

HONEY GLAZE

  • Olive oil - 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Schezwan chutney - 4 tbsp
  • Honey - 2 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a bowl, add chicken pieces. Season with salt, garlic powder, paprika powder, and pepper powder.
  • Squeeze in lemon juice and drizzle a little olive oil. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake the chicken for 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through (at 15 minutes).
  • For the glaze, heat some olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  • Stir in schezwan chutney, then add honey and mix until well combined.
  • Add the baked chicken to the pan and coat it generously with the glaze.
  • And just like that, your Spicy Honey Glazed Chicken is ready — juicy, sticky, and full of flavor!
